Do you only serve athletes?

We do not solely work with traditional athletes. However, we do specialize in helping people with active goals, whether it be hiking, traveling, competing in your favorite hobby, or keeping up with your grandkids.

How long does a typical physical therapy program take?

The plan depends on your starting point and goals. Your initial evaluation includes a realistic timeline and recommended next steps based on what your provider finds.

Can I keep training while I am in physical therapy?

In many cases, yes. The Bridge approach is “modify, don’t stop.” Your provider will help you adjust training so you can protect progress while addressing the source of the problem.

What is the difference between a PT Tune Up and regular physical therapy?

A full physical therapy evaluation is for a new, recurring, or unclear problem. Tune Ups are shorter, targeted sessions for maintenance or a known area after the underlying issue has already been evaluated.

Is Tune Up Massage the same as physical therapy?

No. Massage supports recovery and maintenance, but it does not replace a physical therapy evaluation when pain, weakness, or a recurring limitation needs to be diagnosed and addressed.
